I Have A Confession
I have a confession: I have not been taking my work, or myself, very seriously the past few years.
That is going to change now. Which means this space is going to change, and this is the post where I explain exactly what that means.
I know how to run a business; I know how to treat what I do as real work, and I know how to make it successful. So what is my problem?
Well, I could write an entire post on that (and I probably will), but for now just know that I have identified the issue and here is what I am going to do about it:
I Made A Second Publication
Delulu Hours will be where I share my process. I have been holding back from sharing my personal art, process, thinking, and general woo because I have niched myself into an upcycling and tutorial hole. Don’t get me wrong, I love making those videos, but I also love the art I make that I have not been sharing. The majority of my audience does not care about my personal art. This is not a “woe” is my statement. This is just based on numbers for the last year. Only 30% of you open my Substack posts, and it has been like this for a long time. It is time to pivot my energy. Delulu Hours will share my process and my thoughts on art & life. I will let you in on projects I am working on, classes I am developing, and the book that I am writing. It is time I treat myself like the serious artist I know that I am.
Meghann & The Moon Will Change
Last week I posted something I was very excited about. Journaling prompts to change your mindset. It did not do very well. Again, this is not a sad thing, but instead a moment of clarity for me. The content I want to write does not belong in this space as it is. What does work well here are my weekly art lessons
(Those will remain), and my weekly newsletters.
Every month, paid members here will receive 3-4 new art lessons from me and 2-3 newsletters with what is going on and what to expect. I would also like to do some art challenges and longer videos of tutorials I have done over on Instagram. I love teaching, and I won't stop.
I really appreciate everyone who is here subscribed (paid & free). You make it possible for me to do what I love, but I also want to be my most authentic self, and that's why I am splitting this space into two.
TLDR: If you like long process explanations, seeing others’ art as inspo for your own, and reading essays about woo woo stuff, please check out (First posts coming this week).
If you like art and journal tutorials and general updates about supplies, classes, sales, and goings on, Meghann & The Moon is for you.

Very exciting!! Keep going girl, I love all that you do! ❤️
Honestly I love it all, I absolutely appreciated the journal prompts. The one that said to write down the truest thing about today, totally spike to me and opened me up. The first time in forever that I've actually journaled. All this to say, I truly appreciate you and your art. Thank you Gurl
